What is your return policy?

Refunds & Returns

  • Returns & Refunds are accepted and returns must be back with us within 14 days of receipt of goods. All items must be returned with all labels attached.

  • When sending an item back it is recommended that you use a tracked delivery service.

  • The cost of postage to return goods will not be refunded.

  • Please contact Bluestar Boutique via email to confirm a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

  • Refunds are credited less the P&P charge.

  • Refunds are issued on items returned unworn and with original packaging & labels in the condition you received it. The garments must not have perfume odours, deodorant stains/odours, make up stains or damage from jewellery so please be careful when trying the items on.

  • Once we have received a return, refunds will be issued the same working day, but please allow another 2-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. You will receive email confirmation of refund being issued.
