      Free local delivery to Newbald and surrounding villages

      For Express Delivery please place orders before 4pm, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. 

      Please calculate all delivery services in working days.

      All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and are tracked. 

      We do not ship to BFPO or PO Box addresses.​​​

      All orders are hand wrapped and packaged. Should a product be out of stock we will make contact offering an alternative solution. 

    • Returns

      Refunds & Returns

      • Returns & Refunds are accepted and returns must be back with us within 14 days of receipt of goods. All items must be returned with all labels attached.

      • When sending an item back it is recommended that you use a tracked delivery service.

      • The cost of postage to return goods will not be refunded.

      • Please contact Bluestar Boutique via email to confirm a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

      • Refunds are credited less the P&P charge.

      • Refunds are issued on items returned unworn and with original packaging & labels in the condition you received it. The garments must not have perfume odours, deodorant stains/odours, make up stains or damage from jewellery so please be careful when trying the items on.

      • Once we have received a return, refunds will be issued the same working day, but please allow another 2-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. You will receive email confirmation of refund being issued.
